If, within 48 hours of adoption , you determine that your Pug puppy is not the right match for your household, we offer a flexible return policy to assist you. Our priority is to ensure that every puppy finds a loving, permanent home where they can thrive.

  1. Exchange for Another Puppy
    If you feel another puppy from our available selection would be a better fit for your family, we are happy to facilitate an exchange. This option allows you to choose a puppy of equal or lesser value, ensuring you find the perfect companion.

  2. Partial Refund
    If an exchange is not suitable, we may offer a partial refund of the purchase price. The refund amount will depend on the specific circumstances, and we will clearly outline the terms to ensure transparency. Please note that a rehoming fee of $250 will be deducted to cover administrative and care costs.

  3. Rehoming Assistance
    Beyond the 48-hour period, refunds are no longer available. However, if you find yourself unable to care for your Pug at any point, we ask that you contact us first. We will assist in finding a new, loving home for your puppy, ensuring their continued happiness and well-being.
